At Studio Ink there are two ways to shop:

We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Phone
We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST. Call us today at: 916.765.2092. We require that all custom printed orders be placed via phone or in person due to the extra attention to detail that is needed.

Payment
Studio Ink gladly accepts Visa and MasterCard. Your card will be billed at the time your order is placed. Sales tax of 7.25% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses.

Shipping
At Studio Ink your entire order will ship for a flat rate of $7.95. All orders are sent via UPS Ground and are shipped within 2-5 business days. If you require more expedite shipping please contact Customer Service directly to place your order. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes so please provide a home or work address. Shipments are sent Monday-Friday with the exception of national holidays.

Price Match Guarantee
Studio Ink works hard to provide the best prices possible for our clients. If you find a lower price for an item you wish to purchase we will match the amount if the price requested meets the following criteria:

1. Price matching will only be honored for online retailers. Studio Ink will not offer price matching to local retail stores and showrooms.
2. Studio Ink will review the competitor’s fees and charges involved with placing the order. This will include their shipping costs.
3. Due to Minimum Advertised Pricing policies that are set by our manufacturers we may not be able to sell products below certain pricing levels.
